Alteration to National Rules

Members of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association are advised as required by Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 that a notice setting out particulars of alteration to National Rule 7A – Virtual Meetings of National Council or National Executive removing reference to National Executive and particulars of alteration to National Rule 11 – National Executive by rewording sub rule (f) to permit a meeting of National Executive to be both by assembled meeting and virtual, has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
