Alteration to National Rules

Members of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association are advised as required by Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 that a notice setting out particulars of alteration to National Rule 6A – International Fund by the addition of a paragraph to sub-rule (a)(1) has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
