Alteration to National Rules

Members of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association are advised as required by Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 that a notice setting out particulars of alterations made to the National Rules of the SDA, namely by amending sub-rule (2) and sub rule (3) under Rule 7A – Virtual Meetings of National Council or National Executive and amending sub rules (c)(i), (c)(iii) and (d) and adding new sub rule (f) under Rule 11 – National Executive has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
